NTT DATA announced it has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: IT Sustainability Services, Q1 2026. In addition, NTT DATA received above-average client feedback in this evaluation. NTT DATA sees this acknowledgment as a reflection of its consistently strong client feedback.
The report recognizes NTT DATA among top IT sustainability service providers. According to the evaluation, "NTT DATA's focus on green software is particularly relevant for AI/ML-heavy organizations for which software efficiency directly impacts carbon outcomes."

The Forrester Wave™: IT Sustainability Services assesses IT providers on their ability to deliver IT sustainable services. To be included, each vendor was required to fill in a questionnaire, provide five case studies, participate in a live briefing session and provide reference customers, which were contacted by Forrester analysts for feedback based on their experience with the vendor. This information, along with other publicly available data, is then analyzed to produce the final report.
